Lindsey kay lebo rid  ncidq

Partner / Principal

Lindsey has 15 years of combined industry experience including 10 years in design and project management and 5 years in commercial real estate investments and leasing. Lindsey’s experience working for small, local firms offered her a wide range of experience in design, project management, construction administration and business development.  Her holistic understanding of the local commercial real estate market has led to more successful projects for both owners and tenants.

Through experience she has found the greatest enjoyment working with clients that have an appreciation for design but lack the time or knowledge to coordinate the necessary efforts to transform their ideas into reality.  For Lindsey, the key ingredients for a successful project are listening, learning and collaboration throughout both design and construction.

Lindsey is a recent graduate of the NAIOP Developing Leaders Institute and volunteers her time to the local NAIOP chapter to coordinate events and mentor incoming leaders.

When she isn’t spending her spare time browsing Pinterest for the latest design trends, Lindsey enjoys spending time outside in the beautiful desert hiking, biking and al fresco dining with friends and family.

Lindsey is a Registered Interior Designer in Nevada and is NCIDQ certified for Registration in all 50 states.
